Welcome to the Murr Designs online store. Before you place your order, please read through our terms and conditions carefully. By visiting our website and/or online store, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
PRIVACY
Our promise to you is that we will never share, sell or trade your personal information with any third parties.
We may collect information from you such as your name, your contact details and any other information you may supply to us. This information will only be disclosed within the Murr Designs group and will only be used with your permission. Most often, your personal information is only collected when you make a purchase through our online store as your personal details are required for postage.
We may run special promotions for marketing purposes that may require you to enter some personal details. This may include special discounts, newsletters, or competitions. You can be confident your personal information will always be kept confidential. If you would like your personal information removed from our records, please email us.
POSTAGE & HANDLING
-WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We take great care when packaging your order. Your jewellery will be boxed carefully, gift wrapped if required, and bubble wrapped to prevent damage to your jewellery and packaging. Your package will then be enclosed in your chosen form of Postage (Regular Post satchel, Express Post satchel or International Post satchel).
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 24 hours of us receiving your order (weekends excluded). Please note that during our high traffic periods, your order may take up to 48 hours to be dispatched.
In certain cases, items may have temporarily sold out and need to be re-stocked. In these circumstances, we will notify you by email and confirm whether you would like to continue with your order, and the time it will take to deliver. If you would like to cancel your order, we will issue you a full refund. As our payments are taken through Paypal, refunds will also be issued via Paypal.
All products sent within Australia are delivered through Australia Post. They will deliver between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries within Australia will arrive within 5-7 business days for Regular Post. Express Post within Australia has a guaranteed 1 day delivery time Monday to Friday in accordance to Australia Post conditions. If the parcel is being delivered to a rural location, please understand that a longer delivery time may be necessary.
Regular Post requires a signature so please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel at your nominated address. If you are unavailable to sign for the parcel, Australia Post will issue you with a note and you will need to pick up your parcel from the nominated outlet.
Express Post provides a unique tracking code for each parcel. Once sent, we will email you with your tracking code so you can follow the delivery of your order. You can track your order here.
-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Murr Designs is able to ship our beautiful jewellery to most destinations in the world!
We use Australia Post to ship our International orders. Delivery times will vary depending on the country the parcel is being shipped to. If the parcel is being delivered to a rural location, please understand that a longer delivery time may be necessary.
Below is an estimated guideline on delivery times to some countries:
NEW ZEALAND - Registered Air-mail, 3-4 working days
UNITED KINGDOM - Registered Air-mail, 4-5 working days
UNITED STATES - Registered Air-mail, 4-6 working days
SINGAPORE - Registered Air-mail, 3-4 work days
Please note that International orders are exempt from the Australian GST (10%), however you may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country that the order is delivered.
